Before calling for service, review the chart below

Turn power On
Plug in power cord
Re-position water tank
Empty water tank
After defrosting, the unit will start
dehumidifying again
Wash and dry nylon air filter
Close room windows and doors
Remove obstacles
Reposition unit on a flat, level surface
Wash and dry nylon air filter
Tighten hose connections
Install back drain plug
Unplug the unit and plug it back in, if error
repeats, call for service
