Message Description
Unknown FS! The Professional Disc inserted in the library uses an unsupported file system.
Format or eject the disc.
ILL. Index! An error occurred in the index file of the Professional Disc.
Format or eject the disc.
FORMAT NG! Could not Auto Format.
Use another disc.
Read err Cannot read the address from the Professional Disc.
DISC Error! A disc requiring repairs was inserted.
Eject the disc, then repair the disc on another XDCAM device or format the disc.
XDROOT Error! Clips in the USERDATA >XDROOT folder on the Professional Disc cannot be used.
BPAV Error! Clips in the USERDATA >BPAV folder on the Professional Disc cannot be used.
Index File! Unsupported index file. Data cannot be recorded on this Professional Disc.

Verify ERR! A Professional Disc error was detected.
Verify ERR! D2 A Professional Disc error was detected for the disc inserted in the optional Professional Disc Drive unit.
