Problem
When a second call is
received on the same line,
the unit does not display
the new caller's
information.
You cannot redial the last
number dialed.
You cannot have a
conversation using the
handset.
You cannot have a
conversation using the
headset.
"Recharge" is displayed,
"
" flashes or the unit
beeps intermittently.
You charged the battery
fully, but "Recharge" is still
displayed and/or "
still continues to flash.
The CHARGE indicator
light does not go out while
charging.
If another call is received on the same line
while;
– the Automated Attendant System or
Answering System is responding to a call,
or
– a call is placed on hold,
the caller information will not be displayed.
The line mode selection is incorrect. See
page 54.
If the last number dialed was more than 32
digits long, the number will not be redialed.
Access numbers entered after pressing
will not be included when redialing.
(TONE)
The
button also functions as the
(REDIAL)
button. It will redial the last
(PAUSE)
number dialed if pressed at the outset of a
call (p. 27). If another number has been
dialed first, it will operate as a pause button
(p. 44).
When the headset is connected (p. 87), you
must use the headset to talk with the caller.
To have a normal cordless phone
conversation, disconnect the headset.
Make sure that the headset is plugged into
the headset jack properly (p. 87).
Charge the battery fully (p. 16).
Clean the charge contacts and charge
again (p. 16, 17).

Install a new battery (p. 89).
This is normal.
