6.3.2 Synergetic mode

Standard settings:
1. By pressing the button "Mode" (Pos.06) you can choose the 2-stroke or 4-sroke mode.
The LED for the "Synergetic mode" has to light up.
2. By pressing the button „Wire" (Pos.05) you can choose the wire diameter.
3. By pressing the button „Material" (Pos.04) you can choose the additional material (type of
the welding wire and the shielding gas).
 I fit doesn't exist a program for the chosen parameters each display shows three little
stripes.
 Please choose a combination for which a program exists!
4. With the stepping switches (Pos.02 – rough regulation) and (Pos.03 – fine adjustment) you
can choose the appropriate welding current.
On the digital display the following parameters are shown for 2 seconds:
The welding wire feed speed [m/min] on the right display.
Correction if the speed [%] on the left display.
Afterward on the displays are shown following parameters:
Welding voltage [V] on the left display.
Welding current [A] on the right display.
5. With the potentiometer (Pos.10) you can choose the correction of the wire feed speed (±
40 % synergy set value). The setting speed is shown on the right display. The unit [m/min] is
shown by the LED at the tight display.
Additional settings:
1. By pressing the button "Set" (Pos.07) you can choose the gas pre flow.
With the potentiometer (Pos.10) you can set up your favorite value. This value is shown on
the left display. The unit [sec] is shown by the LED at the left display.
2. By pressing the button „Set" (Pos.07) you can choose the "Softstart".
With the potentiometer (Pos.10) you can set up your favorite value. This value is shown on
the left display. The unit [sec] is shown by the LED at the left display.
