Execute commands only at the start of decetion recording.
When you select "Perform the following control when issuing a command"
Set an interval during which to not execute commands after executing a
command. (After 5 seconds from motion detection, alarm detection)
Command will not be executed if motion is detected during the
specified time after detection.
