6. Partially reinstall the lever (A) into the back cane (C) leaving some threads (D) exposed.
7. Rotate push handle (B) down until clamp (E) encompasses threads of lever.
8. Secure lever and clamp to push handle by rotating lever clockwise.

MyOn and MyOn Heavy Duty
1. Rotate the knob (A) counter clockwise to loosen but do not remove.
2. Rotate push handle (B) toward other back cane (C) and engage knob.
3. Rotate the knob clockwise to tighten and secure push handle in place.
