Recording your own greeting messages
Checking the greeting messages

Open the station key panel.
Press (SELECT) until the desired greeting is

displayed.
Example: ANS/FAX greeting
Display:
Press (CHECK).

¡After the beep, the unit will play back the
message. Adjust the volume using (VOLUME).
Erasing your own recorded greeting messages

Open the station key panel.
Press (SELECT) until the desired greeting is

displayed.
Example: Message transfer greeting
Display:
Press (ERASE).

Press (START/COPY/SET).

Press (STOP).

Note:
¡If you erase your own recorded greeting messages,
the pre-recorded greeting messages will be played.
