Electronic telephone directory
(selecting a station name in the directory)
The station names stored in memory are automatically registered into the electronic telephone directory in
alphabetical order. You can make a fax or voice call by selecting the desired station name on the display.
If you wish to send a fax, insert the documents into the document tray first.
Press (DIRECTORY).

Press the dial key that corresponds to the first
initial of the desired station name (see the index
table below).
Example: To search a name starting with "N":
F
Press
starting with "N" is displayed. Press
until the desired name is displayed.
OR
Press
or
repeatedly until the desired
name is displayed.
Press (START/COPY/SET).

¡The unit will start dialing.
¡If a document is fed into the unit, the unit will start
transmission.
