6.3 Cut, Copy & Paste
You can cut, copy and paste pages or objects in a book.
To Cut a Page/Selection:
1. Flip to the page you want to cut.
2. Click Edit on the menu bar.
3. Click Cut and then click Left Page, Right Page or Selection.
4. The page or the selected object will be cut and stored in the clipboard.
To Copy a Page/Selection:
11. Flip to the page you want to copy.
12. Click Edit on the menu bar.
13. Click Copy and then click Left Page, Right Page or Selection.
14. The page or the selected object will be copied and stored in the clipboard.
To Paste a Page/Selection:
1. Flip to the page you want to paste.
2. Click Edit on the menu bar.
3. Click Paste.
4. The page or the selected object stored in the clipboard will be pasted.
Using Paste Special:
Paste Special enables you to convert and paste a copied or cut object into another clipboard
support format.
1. Cut or copy the required object.
2. Click Edit on the menu bar or right click on the page margin.
3. Click Paste Special. Fig 6.3.1 will be displayed.
4. Select the required option. A description of the result is displayed in the Result section
at the bottom of the dialog.
5. Click OK.
