4.12 Sorting Pages
1. Click View on the menu bar.
2. Click Sort Pages and select either By Name or By File Date or By Creation Date.
3. Your pages would be sorted accordingly.
4. If you want to sort in descending order, select Descending before repeating the above
steps.
4.13 Viewing FlipBooks
®
FlipAlbum can be used to view FlipBooks either online or offline. FlipBooks (OPF files) are
created when you perform a File > Save As of your album. You can also create FlipBooks
and host them on web sites for others to view them. One such site is www.fliplibrary.com.
To view a FlipBook:
1. Click File on the menu bar.
2. Click Open Book. The Open A Book Dialog box will be displayed.
3. You can either open a FlipBook from your local hard drive or at a certain web address by
typing for example, c:/mypics/summer.opf or http://www.fliplibrary.com/home.opf.
4. You can also click the Browse button to navigate to the folder in your hard drive that
contains your FlipBooks.
5. Click OK once you have entered the path or web address.
6. While viewing the online FlipBooks, you can stop or refresh the online streaming of the
pages by clicking View on the menu bar and click Stop or Refresh.
Tip: Click on the menu Favorites > www.fliplibrary.com > search or Favorites >
www.fliplibrary.com > home to find and view flipbooks on the Internet.
