4.2 Working with Overview Page
Note: The same operations are also possible with the Contents and Index Pages.
4.2.1 Previewing Thumbnails
You can preview the thumbnail displayed in the Overview page.
1. Flip to the Overview page.
2. Move the cursor over the required thumbnail. The cursor will change to a
3. Click the thumbnail. The preview of the selected thumbnail is displayed.
4.2.2 Selecting Multiple Thumbnails
1. Click each thumbnail to be selected keeping the <Ctrl> key pressed on the keyboard.
Or
2. Press the <Ctrl> key and click on a thumbnail to mark the start of the selection. Then
with the <Shift> key depressed, click on the thumbnail to mark the end of the
selection. All the thumbnails between the first and second click will be selected, indi-
cated by the highlighted file names. Or
3. Right click each thumbnail to be selected and click Batch Select from the displayed
options. Repeat steps for other thumbnails as required. Or
4. Right click any thumbnail and click Select All from the displayed options to select all
thumbnails.
