3.6 Inserting and Deleting Pages
To insert a blank page:
1. Click Edit on the menu bar.
2. Click Insert Page.
3. Click Left Page to add a left-hand page or Right Page to add a right-hand page.
If you have previously deleted your Overview, Contents or Index pages, you can insert them
again.
To insert multiple blank pages:
1. Click Edit on the menu bar.
2. Click Insert Page and select Multiple Pages. Fig 3.6.1 will be displayed.
3. Enter the number of blank pages you want to insert.
4. Select the position you want to add the blank pages by selecting the desired radio
button.
