6.2 Batch Operations

Batch selection allows the user to do specific operations on multiple image files at the same
time. Batch operations are available at the Overview/Contents/Index Pages and individual
pages.
6.2.1 Batch Operations at Overview/Contents/Index Pages
To perform batch operations on the thumbnails, contents page or index page entries, the
thumbnails and entries need to be batch selected first.
1.
Click each thumbnail/entry to be selected keeping the <Ctrl> key pressed on the
keyboard. Or
2.
Press the <Ctrl> key and click on a thumbnail/entry to mark the start of the selection.
Then with the <Shift> key depressed, click on the thumbnail/entry to mark the end of
the selection. All the thumbnails/entries between the first and second click will be
selected, indicated by the highlighted file names. Or
3.
Right click each thumbnail/entry to be selected and click Batch Select from the
displayed options. Repeat steps for other thumbnails/entries as required. Or
4.
Right click any thumbnail/entry and click Select All from the displayed options to select
all thumbnails/entries.
To batch select/deselect pages on album pages:

Right click on the margin of the page you wish to select.

Click Batch Select on the context menu that appears.
The page has been selected, indicated by
indicate the batch selection.
The following batch operations can be performed:

Cut Selection: Moves the selected files to the Clipboard

Move Files To: Moves the selected files to a different directory.
