• Reconnect the steering cable at the ball connection. Make sure the connection locks
securely over the ball.
• As an additional check, turn the steering to the left and the right side until it stops.
• Measure the distance between the jet nozzle and the jet drive outlet in the process. The
distance should be the same on both sides. (x)
When not adequately tightened, the nuts can loosen up by themselves. This may
lead to risky driving conditions.
4.2.7 Checking of the steering cable
Please have this check done by an authorized HSR-BENELLI dealer.
If the steering is stiff or jerky, please contact an official HSR-BENELLI dealer.
