Receiving a Telephone Call

1. When an incoming call arrives, the LCD will show the Caller
ID message, and the ringer will ring or vibrate unless the
ringer has been turned off.
2. If the handset is on the charger cradle (ringer will be
temporarily switched to "Ring" if it has been set to
"Vibrate"), lift the handset and press
conversation.

Notes:
1. You ca n press
Unl i ke turning off the ringer (from the handset menu), the
key operation is valid only for the current call.
2. If Ca l ler ID s ervice is a vailable, the LCD wi ll display the i ncoming call
i nformation. If the LCD s hows "Pri vate" or "Unknown," the caller or
the ori ginating phone company ma y have blocked the caller's
i nformation.

Receiving an Intercom Call

1. When an intercom call arrives (called from other handsets,
ex. Handset 12), the ringer will ring or vibrate unless the
ringer has been turned off. Press
intercom call.
2. If the handset is on the charger cradle (ringer will be
temporarily switched to "Ring" if it has been set to
"Vibrate"), lift the handset and press
conversation.
