CARE AND CLEANING
Important: Do not use metallic scrubbing pads, steel wool or any
abrasive cleaners to clean any part of your grill; use only nylon or
nonmetallic scrubbing pads.
4. These plates are dishwasher safe. When using the dishwasher, ensure
plates are placed securely in dish holders in bottom tray and that
dishwasher is used in normal cycle.
Note: If washing the grill plates in a dishwasher, dishwasher detergent
may cause oxidation on the uncoated side of grill plate. This is not
harmful and will not affect appliance performance.
5. Empty drip tray and wash in warm, soapy water or place in dishwasher
top rack.
6. Reinstall grill plates (B1 and B2), making sure that both plates are
securely attached to grill body.
Important: When attaching the top grill plate, carefully position the grill
plate so the temperature probe is in line to insert through the probe
opening in the center of the top grill plate.
Take care to not damage the temperature probe.
7. To clean the grill cover, wipe with a warm, wet sponge and dry with a
soft, dry cloth.
CAUTION: Make sure to hold grill cover by the handle while
cleaning to prevent accidental closing and injury.
