This product has been designed and tested for use with Johnsonville
uncooked Original Brats, Mild Italian Sausage or any of our other flavorful
dinner sausage.

GRILLING TIPS

Š Thaw product prior to cooking.
Š Pork sausage is fully cooked when the internal temperature of the sausage
reaches 160°F.
Š The JOHNSONVILLE
temperature probe to grill sausage to a safe doneness temperature. Do not
undercook sausage. Preheating of the grill is not necessary.
Š Always use heatproof nylon, silicone or wood utensils to avoid scratching
nonstick surface of the grill plates. Never use metal skewers, tongs, forks
or knives.
Š Avoid piercing sausages as it releases the great taste and juicy flavor.
Š To avoid injury, prevent heat loss and promote even cooking, do not open
the grill cover during cooking.
Š The grill plates have positions to hold one (1) to five (5) sausage links.
When cooking one (1) sausage, please place in position noted as #1.
