HOW TO GRILL SAUSAGE
During grilling, the temperature probe will measure the internal
temperature of the center sausage link. The grill will sound 4 short
beeps when the sausage is fully cooked. The grill will automatically
shut off.
Typical cook time for refrigerated, uncooked Johnsonville
is 10-15 minutes.
7.
After the grill beeps to signal doneness and the grill shuts off, use pot
holders or oven mitts to carefully open the grill cover.
8. Remove cooked sausage using nylon tongs.
9. Unplug the grill.
10. Allow drip tray to cool before removing from under grill. Wash and dry
the drip tray after each use. If placing the drip tray in the dishwasher,
ensure it goes on the top rack only.
11. Do not remove the grill plates while the grill is hot. Always allow plates
to cool to room temperature before removing and cleaning.

to service or repair the product.
CAUTION: To avoid accidental burns, allow grill to cool
thoroughly before cleaning.

to scrape any excess food particles left on the grill plates into the drip
tray. Wipe plates dry with a paper towel to avoid drippings spilling on
onto your counter when grill plates are removed.
