Connecting to a VPN

If you want to use your Treo to access your
corporate email account or other files on
your corporate server, you may need to set
up a virtual private network (VPN) on your
Treo. A VPN enables you to log in to your
corporate server through the company's
firewall (security layer). You need a VPN
client on your smartphone if your
smartphone and your company's server are
located on opposite sides of the firewall.
