3ii: MATERIALS AND CHILLING SOLUTIONS The areas in contact with the product are made of stainless steel. The chilled coolant, found in this machine, is used as permitted by current legislation and the HFC. The type and quality of gas used, are indicated on the data plate.
3v: CONNECTING TO THE POWER SUPPLY Always connect blast chiller/freezer to an electrical supply that matches data plate. Connect the unit only to energy sources that are properly grounded. Do not damage the power cord (danger of electric shock). If it is damaged, it must be replaced immediately by a qualified electrician.
