6 Keep in touch

6.1 Forwarding calls to another number (immediate forward)

The number can be your home, mobile or car phone, voice mailbox or an internal extension (operator, etc.).
Access MENU.
Forward
Confirm access to immediate diversion.
Fwd Immediate
Activate Fwd
Dial the number of your caller (dial, directories, last numbers dialed...).
Confirm.
You can continuT ro make calls while your telephone is diverted.
General remark concerning diversions: you can only activate a single diversion on your telephone.
Programming a new diversion will cancel the previous one.

6.2.1 Different types of diversions
You can initiate different types of forwarding from the call forward list.
Access MENU.
Forward
Confirm access to immediate diversion.
Select the 'List of diversions' icon.
Fwd on Busy
Fwd On No Rep

Modify Fwd
When you are in conversation and all your lines are busy, all your calls
are diverted to the defined number.
When you are absent, all your calls are forwarded to the number of your
choice (delayed forwarding on no answer).
