Only clean and sanitise with the mixer inside the
special mixer sanitisation beaker.
The following symbol will appear on the screen:

Sanitising the mixer (see

Before carrying out any cleaning operations al-
ways make sure that the machine is disconnect-
ed from the mains power supply and wait until it
has cooled down.
The water tank should be rinsed out daily and filled
with fresh water. Empty and clean the drip trays every
two or three days and in any case when they are full.
Do not use microwave or traditional ovens to dry the
machine or any of its components.
Never use alkaline detergents, solvents, alcohol or ag-
gressive substances.
Do not immerse the machine in water. Unless specific
instructions are provided, all machine components
which cannot be dismantled (excluding electric parts)
must be washed using cold or warm water and non-
abrasive cloths or sponges.

MIXER SANIFICATION

Do not initiate a mixer sanification operation
without having first inserted the milk frother in
the protective cylinder.
Raise the mixer fully and completely remove the

mixer sanitisation beaker and its support using a
swivelling movement, bringing them under the
mixer's whisk.

If the cylinder support is not fully extended the
sanification process will not begin.
Lower the mixer fully; the whisk will be inserted into

the mixer sanitisation beaker.
Start the automatic cleaning operation, pressing the

automatic mixer-cleaning key.
The following symbol will appear on the display:
Wait for the end of the automatic wash.

If necessary it is possible to interrupt the automatic
washing cycle by pushing the automatic wash button
again.
