Cast aluminium casserole dishes, non-stick coating, with
stainless steel lid. These can be placed in the oven directly
on the shelf runners. They are also suitable for the casserole
zone of a ceramic cooktop. They are not suitable for induction
and gas cooktops!
HUB 5000-M
Depth 22 cm, maximum filling capacity approx. 5.0 kg.
HUB 5000-XL
Depth 35 cm, maximum filling capacity approx. 8.0 kg.
This oven dish cannot be placed in the steam combi oven
with the lid on it.
