Not connected to a Gigabit Ethernet device.
Solid on
Connected to a 100Mbps/10Mbps device.
Blinking
Connected to a 100Mbps/10Mbps device and sending/receiving data.
Off
Not connected to a 100Mbps/10Mbps device.
