Adjustment Procedure
When the moving knife or the counter knife is worn out and replace-
ment is necessary, perform the replacement by the procedure below.
(1) Remove the whole of tape cutter unit from the sewing machine.
(2) Loosen four setscrews

(3) Loosen two setscrews
(4) Loosen two setscrews
(5) Install safety cover
At that time, adjust the cover height to 7.5 mm.
and remove the whole of safety cover
and replace counter knife
replace moving knife
in its home position.
