Valve Maintenance

To carry out valve maintenance on the 1~

machine, it is necessary to dismount
valve block from pump housing.

To dismount valve block:
Remove end switch.

Unscrew HP-hose.
•
Remove detergent hose.
•
Loosen and remove the four hexagon bolts.

On the 3~ machine the valve block can

remain in place.

Use a plastic hammer to carefully tap the

valve block loose.
At assembly, torque setting for the four
•
hexagon screws M8x55 is 24 Nm (18 ft.lbs.).
Note ! Three phase screws M8x50.
