If you carry any baggage, make sure it is fixed firmly as close as possible to the center of the vehicle and ensure even weight
distribution between the front and rear wheels.

Using a motorcycle in difficult conditions can lead to excessive wear of components such as the power train or brakes. For this
reason, it may be necessary to service or replace worn parts before the limit specified in the service schedule is reached.

KTM recommends that you use the specified engine oil for difficult riding condi-
tions and to increase performance.

Clean the air filter and air filter box.

Check the air filter approx. every 30 minutes.

Additionally secure the rubber grip. (

Check the electrical connector for humidity and corrosion and to ensure it is firmly
seated.
» If humidity, corrosion or damage is found:

Clean and dry the connector, or change it if necessary.
