Turn clockwise to increase damping; turn counterclockwise to reduce damp-
ing.
Preparatory work

Raise the motorcycle with the lift stand. (

Fold the seat up. (

Remove the shock absorber.

Turn adjusting screw

Do not loosen fitting

Turn counterclockwise by the number of turns corresponding to the shock absorber
type.
