Included in the package.
Select [Start] menu → [All Programs] →
[ScanSnap Manager] → [ScanSnap
Operator's Guide].
Select [Applications] from the sidebar in
Finder, and double-click [ScanSnap] →
[Manual] → [Operator's Guide].
Click [Manuals] → [Troubleshooting
(installation)] in the [ScanSnap Setup]
dialog box that appears when you insert
the Setup DVD-ROM into the DVD-ROM
drive.
Select [Start] menu → [All Programs] →
[ScanSnap Manager] →
[Troubleshooting (installation)].
Double-click the [Troubleshooting
(installation)] icon in the [ScanSnap]
window that appears when you insert the
Setup DVD-ROM into the DVD-ROM
drive.
Select [Applications] from the sidebar in
Finder, and double-click [ScanSnap] →
[Manual] → [Troubleshooting
(installation)].
Tap on the [File List] screen of
ScanSnap Connect Application installed
on your mobile device, and then tap [Help]
on the [Information] screen that appears.
