You can edit recorded movie images in various ways.
• Select the desired storage media to edit.
• If the storage media is set to DVD, this function works only on a DVD-RW
disc (VR mode).
DIVIDING A MOVIE IMAGE (
• This function works only in Play mode. page 21
• You can divide a movie image as many times as you want in order to delete
a section you no longer need. The movie images will be divided in groups of
two.
1. Slide the POWER switch downward to turn on the power and press the Play
mode ( ) button to set Play mode.
• Select the appropriate storage media. page 31
2. Touch Menu ( ) tab  "Edit"  "Divide."
• If the item is not on the screen, touch up (
to change the page.
3. Touch a desired movie image.
• The selected movie image will be played.
4. Search the point of division by touching playback related
( , , , or ) tab.
5. Touch pause ( ) tab at the point of division, then touch Cutting (
tab.
• The message "Divide a fi le at this point?" will appear.
6. Touch "Yes."
• The selected movie image is divided into two movie images. The
second image is placed in the last of thumbnail index view for built-in
memory and memory card, and placed after the fi rst image for DVD-
RW (VR mode). Please note the divided movie image is original one.
• If you want to delete an unwanted part of a movie image, divide the
movie fi rst, and then delete the unnecessary part (see page 76).
After dividing the movie image, you can combine other desired movie
image(see page 79).
• You can not divide the protected image. You must fi rst release the protect
function to divide it. page 75
• Search and slow playback are useful when designating division points.
• The division point may drift before or after the designated point by
approximately 0.5 seconds.
• A movie image whose recording time is 3 seconds or less cannot be
divided.
• If there is no free space on the storage, division will not be possible. Delete
unnecessary movie images.
• Do not remove the power (battery pack or AC power adaptor) during
division.
Storage media may be damaged.
• Do not remove a memory card or a DVD disc during while dividing. A
memory card or a DVD disc may be damaged.
• If the movie image is divided in the thumbnail index view, the second
image of the divided images is deleted in the playlist.
• You can also access it by using the Q.MENU button. Press Q.MENU
button  Touch "Edit"  Touch "Divide."

（VR 模式） ，第二幅影像將放在第一幅影像的後面。
如果要刪除影片影像的不需要部分，請先劃分影片，然後刪除
不需要的部分 ( 請參閱第 76 頁 )。 劃分影片影像後，可合併
其他所需的影片影像 ( 請參閱第 79 頁 )

您無法劃分受保護的影像。您必須先解除保護功能以將其劃分。

搜尋和慢速播放在指定分割點時非常有用。
•
在指定劃分點約 0.5 秒鐘前後，劃分點可能會偏移。
•
不能劃分錄製時間短於 3 秒的影片影像。
•
如果儲存上沒有可用空間，將無法進行劃分。刪除不必要的影片
影像。
•
切勿在劃分時拔下電源（電池組或交流電源適配器） 。
可能會損壞儲存媒體。
•
在分割期間不要取出記憶卡或 DVD 光碟。 否則可能會損壞記憶卡
或 DVD 光碟。
•
如果在縮圖索引檢視中分割影片影像，則會在播放清單中刪除分
割出來的影像中的第二幅影像。
您還可透過使用 Q.MENU 按鈕存取。按下 Q.MENU 按鈕  觸摸
