CONNECTING THE USB CABLE
To copy the movie fi les and photo fi les to
your PC, connect your DVD camcorder
to the PC with a USB cable.
1. Set the "USB Connect" to "Mass
Storage." page 73
2. Connect the DVD camcorder to the
PC with a USB cable.
• Don't apply excessive force when
inserting or extracting a USB cable
into/from a USB jack.
• Insert a USB after checking the
direction of its insertion is correct.
• Hi-speed USB (USB 2.0)
recommended.
Disconnecting the USB cable
After completing the data transmission, you must
disconnect the cable in the following way:
1. Click the "Unplug or eject hardware" icon on the task
tray.
2. Select "USB Mass Storage Device" or "USB Disk," then click "Stop."
3. Click "OK."
4. Disconnect the USB cable from the DVD camcorder and PC.
• We recommend using the AC power adaptor as the power supply instead
of the battery pack.
• When the USB cable is connected, turning the camcorder on or off may
cause the PC to malfunction.
• If you disconnect the USB cable from the PC or the DVD camcorder
while transferring, the data transmission will stop and the data may be
damaged.
• If you connect the USB cable to a PC via a USB HUB or simultaneously
connect the USB cable along with other USB devices, the DVD
camcorder may not work properly. If this occurs, remove all USB devices
from the PC and reconnect the DVD camcorder.

止資料傳輸，並且可能會損壞資料。
•
如果您透過 USB 集線器將 USB 纜線連接到 PC 或同時與其他 USB 裝置
連接 USB 纜線， DVD 攝錄放影機可能無法正常操作。如果出現此種情況，
可從電腦上卸下所有的 USB 裝置，並重新連接 DVD 攝錄放影機。
要將影片檔案和相片檔案複製到您的電腦
上，可將您的 DVD 攝錄放影機連接到有
USB 纜線的電腦。
1. 將「 USB Connect 」設定為「 Mass
Storage 」 。  第 73 頁
2. 將 DVD 攝錄放影機連接到有 USB 纜
線的電腦上。
•
在向 / 從 USB 插孔中插入或拔出
USB 纜線時，不可過度用力。
•
在檢查以正確方向插入後，插入 USB
插孔。
•
建議使用高速 USB (USB 2.0)。
在完成資料傳輸後，您必須透過以下方式拔下纜線：
1. 按一下工作匣上的「拔下或退出硬體」圖示。
2. 選擇「USB 大量儲存裝置」或「USB 光碟」 ，然後按
一下「停止」 。
