Remove the contents from inside the container; make sure you have all contents as listed.

With the power head removed, turn the container upside down. Insert the feet with casters
into the slots and apply pressure into place and secure them with supplied screw. Do not

Place the power head back on the container, and secure into place using the 2 side latches.
3.10. Insert the locking end of the hose into the port of the container and turn to lock in to place.
