• To upgrade from Windows® XP to Windows Vista, first uninstall software bundled
with the Canon inkjet printer.
If you have already upgraded to Windows Vista before uninstalling software, visit the

• To install software into Windows Vista, log on to Windows as a member of the
Administrators group before continuing.
Notes on the installation
• Easy-WebPrint and Photo Record are not compatible to Windows Vista.
• We prepare Easy-LayoutPrint to create albums as a software for photo print compatible
with Windows Vista. Download from the following URL and use it.

• If the right screen appeared when inserting the
"Setup CD-ROM", run the setup program.
• If the right screen appeared, continue the procedure.

• Depending on your machine, the registration screen in your setup guide may appear by
different timing. Follow the on-screen instructions and register your product.
