Trouble Shooting

Problems
No boiling
Continuous boiling

On-off button does

AFTER USE
Possible Causes
• Resistance, on-off button
or power base contacts
can be damaged.
• On-off buttons are not in
condition "on".
• There is no water inside
the kettle and safety
system does not allow
device to work.
• Lid or tteapot are not put
on the ketle.
• Defective temperature
setting button
• Lime is accumulated on
the heating base
• On/of button is not ''on''
position
• Lime is accumulated on
the heating base
Solutions
• Refer to the authorized Fakir Service
• Move the button on-off button to the
position "on".
• Let the device be cool or add cold water
inside it.
• Put the lid on the kettle or put the teapot
on the kettle.
• Refer to the authorized Fakir Service
• Clean the lime as written in the user
manual
• Make On-off button is "on" position
• Clean the lime as written in the user
manual.
