Problems
The appliance
does not
boil the water
It boils

AFTER USE

Possible reasons
The heating element, boiling /
keep warm switch, main switch
or energy transmission
connectors might be broken.
Boiling / keep warm switch and
main switch is not ON position.
If there is no water in the
kettle, the safety thermostat
starts to operate and does not
allow appliance to operate.
The lid or the teapot might not
be placed on to the
appliance.
Boiling / keeping warm switch
is broken.
There might be some scale
accumulated on the heating
element of kettle.
Boiling / keep warm switch is
not on boiling position.
There might be some scale
accumulated on the heating
element of kettle.
Solutions
Contact to an authorized
Fakir service.
Boiling / keep warm switch
and main switch should be
ON position.
Allow the appliance to get
cool or pour some cold
water into the kettle for
making it cool.
Place the teapot lid and the
teapot on to the appliance.
Contact to an authorized
Fakir service.
Descale the appliance
depending to the
instruction manual.
When the main switch is
"ON" position, also slide
boiling / keep warm switch
to boiling position.
