Switching the appliance
off by the draught sensor
The error code appears on
Е8
display in 2-5 minutes
after the appliance was
switched off if the water
tap is not closed.
The number 99 is
flickering for some time,
then the code LO is
99
shown on display and the
appliance switches off.
After this repeats seven
times the error code Е7
appears.
Insufficient gas
consumption for the main

burner's normal
operation.
The appliance doesn't

Probable reason
Jamming of the water or gas unit stem (water flow
sensor is constantly closed).
Appearance of soot deposit on the flame sensor's
electrode.
No draught in the flue pipe.
Draught sensor failure or disruption of its
connection.
Short circuit in the circuit of the water
temperature sensor or inside of the connector's
terminal strip.
Small water consumption (less than3,5 l/min).
Set hot water temperature is not much higher than
the cold water temperature by the inlet into the
appliance.
High hot water temperature is set at big water
consumption.
Low gas pressure.
Dust deposit in the main burner's channels (the
main burner's flame is weak, stretched out, with с
yellow smoky tongues).
Soot deposit on the heat exchanger's fins or scale
deposit in the heat exchanger's pipes.
Water and gas unit or the electronic control block
is out of order
The ignition burner's flame is small or bends
aside and does not reach the main burner (the
nozzle is contaminated or the air inlet duct to the
ignition burner is contaminated with dust, low gas
pressure).
Scale deposit in the heat exchanger's pipes or in
the hot water outlet pipe.
Water filters are contaminated.
Small water consumption is set.
Water pressure in the water supply network is less
than 30 kPa (water consumption is less than 3,5
l/min).
The appliance's connection to the water supply
network was effectuated violating the
requirements of this manual.
Water or gas unit stem jamming.

Repair or replace the unit that is out of
order.*
Effectuate the flame sensor's electrode's
cleaning from soot deposit.*
Clean the flue pipe.*
Check the joints and clean up the
contacts or replace the details that are out
of order if necessary.*
Remove the short circuit or replace the
sensor together with the connection
cables.*
Increase water flow through the appliance.
Clean the heat exchanger's pipes and the
hot water pipe* from scale deposit or
address to the community facilities in
order to eliminate the cause of low water
flow in the water supply network.
Set a higher hot water temperature.
Set a lower temperature of hot water or
reduce water flow through the appliance
(see p.3.2).
Open the gas stop valve by the inlet into
the appliance completely.
Address to the responsible gas facilities
service ((or replace the LPG cylinder ).
Clean the gas filters.*
Clean the main burner.*
Clean the heat exchanger from soot and
its pipes and the hot water pipe from
scale deposit.*
Repair or replace the water and gas unit
or the electronic control block
Clean and install the ignition burner
correctly.*
Clean the heat exchanger's pipes and the
hot water pipe from scale deposit.*
Effectuate water filters cleaning.*
Increase water consumption.
Address to the community facilities in
order to eliminate the cause of low water
flow.
Effectuate the appliance's connection to
the water supply network in accordance
with the requirements of p.7.3.3 *
Close the gas stop valve by the inlet into
the appliance and call a specialized
service organization.
