Creating Your Personal Custom Service Menu
A personal custom service menu gives callers other options before recording
begins. For instance you can give the callers the option of calling you on
your cell phone, or give them the option of trying another extension by
pressing a number key (0, 3-9).
There are several options available.
Transfer to another mailbox
1.
Transfer to an extension
2.
Transfer to an outside telephone number
3.
Transfer to another Custom Service Menu
4.
Repeat the greeting or
5.
Transfer to an operator
