    Section 1 - Product Overview Introduction The DSL-2745 Wireless N300 ADSL2+ Modem Router is a versatile, high-performance router for homes and small offices. With integrated ADSL2/2+ supporting up to 24 Mbps download speeds, firewall protection, Quality of Service (QoS), 802.11n wireless LAN and 4 Ethernet switch ports, this router provides all the functions that a home or small office needs to establish a secure and high-speed link to the outside world.

    1. Keep the number of walls and ceilings between the D-Link router and other network devices to a minimum - each wall or ceiling can reduce your adapter’s range from 3-90 feet (1-30 meters.) Position your devices so that the number of walls or ceilings is minimized.

If you want to disable the DSL-2745’s wireless capability, uncheck Enable Your Wireless Network. Under Wireless Network Name (SSID) you can change the SSID of your wireless network, for easier identification by wireless clients.
