Installation

(1) While installing the boss and the claw, install the Front
Ornament.

(2) Install the Sheet Metal (A) and tighten a screw.
Tightening torque = 0.12 ± 0.01N · m (1.2 ± 0.1kg f · cm)

(3) Cut the Polyimide Sheet to the specified length and stick it.

(4) Connect the connector and install the Sheet Metal (D-Sub) and the
LF-148 Flexible Board while attaching the five bosses, and then
tighten a screw.
If the adhesive force is lowered, cut the Adhesive Sheet as
shown in the figure in the frame and then stick it.
Tightening torque = 0.18 ± 0.01N · m (1.8 ± 0.1kg f · cm)
Note: Check that the boss with the mark is completely engaged.

(5) Tighten four screws in the order shown in the figure below.

Screw (B)
Tightening torque = 0.18 ± 0.01N · m (1.8 ± 0.1kg f · cm)
Stick the two Polyimide Sheets.

(6) Stick the LF-148 Flexible Board and then stick the CM Radiation
Sheet.
When sticking the LF-148 Flexible Board, position it at
the four boss holes and stick the Flexible Board while
pressing it in the arrow direction shown in the figure.
If the adhesive force is lowered, cut the Adhesive Sheet
as shown in the figure in the frame and then stick it.
