How to use the freezer

The entire cabinet can be used for freezing
and for the long-term storage of frozen pro-
duce.
The upper freezing shelf is fitted with an
adjustable tilt-out guard that allows
produce to be stored at the very front of
the shelf.
Freezing
To obtain the most efficient freezing, press
the Quick-freeze switch
before products are to be placed in the
cabinet. The switch will flash yellow when
Quick-freeze is in operation.
Produce for freezing must be packed in
suitable wrapping material and placed in
contact with the plate shelves. During
freezing, the packs should be swapped
with other packs that have not been in con-
tact with the plate shelf freezing element.
When freezing is complete - after 24 to 48
hours, depending on the quantity frozen -
switch off the Quick-freeze switch. The yel-

NOTE! During freezing, the compressor
will run constantly.
