(4) Make an toner order
a. Press the [SET] icon to enter the setting
menu. Press the [NEXT] icon then the
[SUPPLY ORDER SETUP] icon.
b. Press the [TONER ORDERING] icon.
c. Press the [PART NUMBER] icon, and enter
the part number with the digital keys.
d. Press the [CONDITION] icon, and enter the
number of the toner cartridges consumed
before ordering.
e. Press the [QUANTITY] icon, and enter the
number of the cartridges to be ordered with
the digital keys.
f. Press [ON] (or [OFF]) icon for the AUTO
ORDER.
g. Check the settings and press [SET] icon if
they are correct.
(5) Turn OFF the power, then back ON while "1" and "3" simultaneously are presssed.
(6) Enter the value "0" for the code "963", and turn OFF the power.
