Special safety instructions

This router is intended for routing wood, wood
products and plastic and must not be used for
other materials, such as metal, stone or masonry.
Always use the correct type of cutter for the type
of work to be performed.
Always use cutters with the correct spindle
diameter, and that correspond to the router speed.
Check for concealed cables or pipes in or behind
the item to be worked before use. If the router
makes contact with a conductive cable, electric
shock or damage to electric installations can
result.
Check that the item to be worked does not
contain nails, screws etc, as they can damage the
cutter or cause you to lose control of the machine.
Keep fingers away from the cutter!
Never activate the spindle lock while the router is
working.
Never put the router down until the cutter has
come to a complete stop.
Exercise caution when setting cutting depth to
avoid penetrating the item and damaging the
surface beneath.
