Checking/replacing the flat pleated
filter
(Order no. 6.414-498)
Regularly check the flat pleated filter for damage.
If the flat pleated filter is damaged, replace it
immediately, otherwise the motor may be damaged.
Switch the unit off and open the cover on the
filter compartment.
Remove the flat pleated filter and replace with
a new one. Place the lattice frame back on the
filter and close the cover.
Checking and cleaning the
accessories
Check the nozzle, suction hose and suction
tube for blockages. They can be cleaned by
rinsing with water. Leave them to dry before
using.
The dry-vacuuming tool (Pos. F) contains
components which are subject to corrosion, therefore
please do not wash out with water.
Replacing the hygiene microfilter
(Order no. 6.904-263)
After changing the paper filter bag five times, also
replace the hygiene microfilter. If required, replace
earlier.

Storing the vacuum cleaner

Switch the machine off.
Pull out the mains cable.
Information: Pull out the mains cable by the plug.
Never tug the cable.
Press the cable take-up button, the mains
cable is automatically wound up.
If you have been working in wet-vacuuming
mode:
Empty the dirt container, rinse the inside if
required and leave to dry.
If you have vacuumed up viscous liquids:
Rinse the accessory.
Place the suction tubes and accessories in the
accessory bracket.
Note: The accessories for the A 2801 plus (ID 60 mm)
cannot be stored on the accessories bracket.
