These operating instructions should be used as a guide-
line
when putting the receiver into operation for the first
time.
It
will
give you
a
quick and comprehensive overview of its
manifold application
possibilities.
Your personal requirements
with
respect
to
operating
convenience have been met
by
the simple programming
procedures.
lf you own
a
version without AM tuner section:
Please ignore the chapters in
this operating manual that
relate
to the AM tuner
section.
(Note: Your receiver can be
retrofitted
by
your dealer with
an
AM tuner
section.)
Protect
your
receiver
from excess heat and humidity.
lnstall the receiver in such a location that the ventilating
louvers on the
top and the bottom of the receiver are not
obstructed.
When the receiver operates in
STANDBY
mode it
is not
disconnected from the AC supplyl
A
special guarantee request card
is
bypacked
to
all
receivers sold
within the
Federal Republic of
Germanv.
This
card
is
either located inside the packing or
in a
plastic
pouch
on
the outside of the packing. Should this card
be
missing, please consult your
REVOX
dealer or your nati-
onal
REVOX
distributor.
Guarantee cards
for
receivers
sold in Switzerland
and
Austria
are issued
directly
by
the authorized
REVO)(
deal-
er.
Guarantee cards
for
receivers sold in France are located
inside the packing. This card must be
completelyfilled out
and signed by your authorized
REVOX dealer.
Please
note that the guarantee is only valid within
the
country
in
which the equipment has been sold. The gua-
rantee becomes null and
void if
unauthorized modifica-
tions or unprofessional repairs are made.
Please save
the
original packing material because
its
special construction provides optimum protection for
your valuable equipment.
