Run the Playback Manager application that is included on the CD to playback video files that have been backed up on your
DNR-312L. You can even include the Playback Manager (an executable file) when you create a backup folder. (Instructions for
remote backup begin on the next page.
Go to Start > Programs > D-Link > DNR-312L > Playback Manager and the Playback
Manager window will open.
The Playback Manager controls at the bottom of the screen are very similar to the controls
for the Configuration Interface that are used for video playback. Refer to
page 30.
There are also icons on the far right side of the screen for the various options that are
available. These are described in the table below:

Playback Manager

Click to close (power off ) the Playback Manager
application.
Click to open the View Recorded Files window to
search for backed up video recordings.
Click to adjust OSD (on-screen display) settings.
Click to save the recordings as AVI files, a portable
format for viewing.
Click to create snapshots from recorded videos.
Click to minimize the Playback Manager screen.
