Olympia CM 1846S - F Operating Instructions Page 21 5.6.3 Cancelling an item already registered – Void To clear an item which is not the last one entered, i.e. was entered previously in the transaction (the system cannot use the EC function) but the transaction has not been concluded by pressing the relevant tender media key, press the VOID key.

The individually entered items are VOID automatically cleared.
