Defrosting and reheating in combination mode
Food can be defrosted and reheated using a combination of steam and microwave
power. To do this you will need to create a User programme (see "User
programmes").
Defrosting and reheating food using a combination of steam and microwave power
has the advantage that food
– is reheated faster than using only steam,
– will not overcook or dry out as it can with microwave power,
– can be defrosted and reheated in a single process,
– does not need to be stirred during the process.
