Correcting a Paper Jam

If a paper jam occurs while printing, remove the jammed paper as described below. After
removing the jammed paper, open and close the front cover.
When removing jammed paper, pull it out carefully so as not to tear it. Torn pieces of
paper are difficult to remove and may be hand to find. Be sure to remove them all.

Pull out the paper cassette.

Remove the jammed paper, being careful
not to tear it.
If the paper is torn, remove all the pieces
from the inside the printer.

Close the paper cassette.
