Basic settings

Note
The oven has a childproof lock to prevent children
from switching it on by accident or changing an
operation that is already in progress.
Hold the @ button down until the @ symbol
appears. This takes about 4 seconds.
The control panel is locked.
You can change the basic settings so that the oven
door also locks. To find out how to do this refer to the
Basic settings section.
The oven door locks if the temperature in the cooking
compartment reaches approx. 50 ºC. The H symbol
appears.
If the oven is switched off the oven door locks
immediately upon activation of the childproof lock.
Press and hold the @ button until the @ symbol
disappears. You can make new settings.
You can switch the oven off, set the timer and switch
the audible signal off when the childproof lock is
active by pressing ‡ or by pressing and holding the
† button.
Your appliance has a range of basic settings that you
can adapt to your requirements at any time.
For all basic settings and the corresponding change
options refer to the table.
Only the basic settings that correspond to the features
of your specific appliance are displayed.
