If the water in the tank is used up, a micro switch located under the tank plate will switch the machine off automatically.
To start the machine again proceed as follows:
•
switch off the machine with the main circuit breaker (1)
•
unplug it
•
fill the tank with water
•
plug in the power cable
•
switch the machine on again with the main switch (1). The power ON light (2) will be lit
•
press the stop-continuous button (E). Water will come out of the bottom of the coffee distribution unit (3)
•
press the stop-continuous button again (E). The boiler will automatically fill with water
•
wait about 3-4 minutes for the machine to be pressurized. The heating element light (10) goes on

4.2 Preparation of coffee

! Make sure the tank is always full of water
•
make sure the machine is pressurized (see paragraph 4.1)
•
fill the filter holder, with the one cup filter for one cup only or with the two cup filter for two cups at the same time, and press
the coffee slightly with the special presser
•
fit the filter holder in the coffee distribution unit (3) and twist from left to right
•
place one or two cups on the cup rack (9) under the filter holder
•
press one button on the control panel (A-B-C-D). Coffee will come out of the bottom of the filter holder and will stop based on
the chosen dosing (A-B-C-D)
•
if you want to make more coffee remove the filter holder by turning it from right to left
Repeat the above operations

4.3 Distribution of hot water

! Always make sure the tank is full of water
! never place your hands or other parts of the body in the path of the water/steam nozzle. Hot water and steam can cause
serious burns
•
make sure the machine is pressurized (see paragraph 4.1)
•
place a container under the hot water nozzle (6)
•
turn the hot water tap knob (6) counter-clockwise

•
close the hot water tap (6) when you have enough hot water by turning the knob clockwise
At this point the boiler will recharge itself automatically. If this operation should need more than 90 seconds, the heating element
will automatically disconnect itself.
•
switch off the machine with the main circuit breaker (1)
•
switch the machine on again with the main switch (1). The power ON light (2) will be lit
•
the boiler will refill automatically
•
wait about 3-4 minutes for the machine to be pressurized. The heating element light (10) goes on

4.4 Distribution of steam

! Always make sure the tank is full of water
! never place your hands or other parts of the body in the path of the water/steam nozzle. Hot water and steam can cause
serious burns
•
make sure the machine is pressurized (see paragraph 4.1)
•
place a container under the steam nozzle (7)
•
turn the steam tap knob (7) counter-clockwise
•
turn the steam tap (7) clockwise

5. REGULATION OF METERING

The espresso coffee machine RELAX AUTOMATICA has already been programmed for 4 dosage selection (A-B-C-D) which will
give you the taste of the excellent Italian espresso.
•
push the button E for 8-10 seconds, until all 5 led will turn on
•
push the wanted button (for example A for a small cup)
•
when the wanted quantity of coffee has been reached, push button E for stopping. The coming out of the coffee will be
stopped and the microprocessor will memorize the dose
•
verify the exact programation, preparing one cup of coffee and controlling that the quantity of the coffee is the wanted one
If you need to change more dosing (B-C-D), start again with the operation stated here above, keeping in consideration that you
need to use the filter holder with related filter with fresh grinded coffee.
Use of the machine in any other way than as contemplated in the instructions will relieve ISOMAC and all sales outlets of any liability
for damage to persons or property.
. Hot water at about 95°C will come out of the bottom part of the steam
. Steam will come out of the bottom part of the steam nozzle
to block it
and empty out the used grounds.
